After 24 hours of travel, the Ambassador team arrived safely in the Philippines Tuesday evening.

After some rest, we quickly jumped into ministry. Kids International Ministries, or KIM, is heavily involved in serving the local community. They feed surrounding communities twice a day, Monday through Friday. We've had many opportunities to join in on the "feedings," serving food and playing games with the kids.

At the Children's Home, we are able to assist the caregivers and spend some much needed one on one time with the 40 kids, toddlers and infants that live there.

Cuatro Christian school is providing education to around 500 local kids. We've also been able to help at the school by tutoring and teaching English.

In the last few years, a pregnancy clinic has started and now has a building where women in the community are able to have check ups, and be educated on their needs during pregnancy. We will be able to assist in the clinic a few days a week.

Since I was here three years ago, this ministry has grown tremendously and God is blessing the work and hands of his people here showing Christ's love to the Filipinos.

Before we left, I told the girls how excited I was to be able to go back here, how much I love this place and hope they did too. I am honored to lead and share this place and experience with them.

It brings me so much joy to say that they are all loving this place as much as I do. God is bringing us into such a sweet unity as we share our hearts with each other and the people around us. These first few days have been so full of love and joy already.

I can't wait to see what God does in our hearts and through our hands in the next few weeks.
